Assistant Director of Local Education and Outreach

The Oak Spring Garden Foundation is accepting applications for a full time, two-year contract position of Assistant Director of Local Education and Outreach. The selected individual will engage with and support outreach and education initiatives in our local community, primarily in Fauquier County, with particular focus on working closely with audiences that are traditionally underserved.

Biocultural Conservation Farm Equipment & Poultry Manager

The Oak Spring Garden Foundation is accepting applications for a full time Equipment & Poultry Manager position to work on our Biocultural Conservation Farm (BCCF). The selected individual will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all large and small engine machines used at the BCCF, as well as the roughly 200-layer hen flock that is rotationally grased on pasture surrounding the BCCF production fields.

Biocultural Garden Manager

The Oak Spring Garden Foundation is accepting applications for a full time Biocultural Garden Manager position to work on our Biocultural Conservation Farm (BCCF) and in collaboration with our Local Education & Outreach (LEO) team. The selected individual will be responsible for a 3/4 acre walled garden space that includes a children’s garden and surrounding production beds that feature natural dye, fiber, and medicinal plants.

Biocultural Conservation Farm 2026 Seasonal Farm Crew

The Oak Spring Garden Foundation is accepting applications for three full-time seasonal farm crew members to work on our Biocultural Conservation Farm (BCCF). The selected individuals will assist with the production of vegetables to be used on-site, for our small Community Supported Agriculture program, and to be donated to local food banks. The positions will begin early March 2026 through November 2026.
